The room was an apartment, and well equipped in terms of kitchen and supplies. It was shaped very angularly, but there was plenty of space for 2 people. It was comfortable and we slept well in the beds. The location was central and on a shopping street, so there would be plenty to do and see here. The staff proactively made sure we knew how to get our key when we arrived after normal check-in hours.
We stayed here 1 night while travelling from NL to Champery for skiing. We arrived at 10pm and left at 7am. We never saw the staff, which was fine. But the fact that this hotel is on a shopping street meant we had to park in an underground, public parking lot where we could not safely leave our stuff. So, we carried everything (in 2 trips) through the parking facility and through the village to the hotel, because you cannot unload anywhere close to the hotel. The hotel would be great for some things, but for a 1 night stopover on a long drive, it's the wrong choice.
