Very friendly staff, always ready to help where needed. Breakfast was great and the Japanse Onsen in the hotel is a great treat. We really enjoyed our stay with the family!

Location made it super easy for us to go around the city even hot summer. We walked underground to get on a train so we could stay away from the heat
It could be better if they had roten burp but overall it was amazing stay

Most of the things were okay.
At check out, I was made to wait whist two other guest groups were taken before. I would like to give benefit of doubt but it felt like Racism. It was only this one lady at the reception that made me feel this way. The others were nice and very helpful. It’s unfortunate that one person can ruin a two day average experience.
