Perfect location for exploring Tokyo. A city hotel in the sky! We loved that we were in the centre of Tokyo, so great transport links but it was extremely quiet because reception was on the 9th floor, with the rooms all above this. Breakfast was fantastic, very Japanese with lots of choice - really amazing! All staff were delightful!

Good Location on the Business District Area and close to Department Store. Bedroom is large for 2 persons. Hotel provides public bath avaible onsite.

Most of the things were okay.
At check out, I was made to wait whist two other guest groups were taken before. I would like to give benefit of doubt but it felt like Racism. It was only this one lady at the reception that made me feel this way. The others were nice and very helpful. It’s unfortunate that one person can ruin a two day average experience.
