    Hotel Kazusaya was a great place to stay but it wasn’t the absolute best. Facilities are average compared to other hotels I stayed at during my trip. The proximity to Tokyo station is convenient and staff is friendly.

    The staff was very nice, the room very comfortable, the staff at breakfast was great and helpful, but the breakfast (food) was awful. However, this was one of the few hotels that actually offered a gluten-free option, which was very much appreciated.
