Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent communication with the property operator.

When it rains, water gets into the apartment between the window and the windowsill. Fortunately, it rarely rains in Ferrara ;)

Eine absolute Empfehlung! Die familiäre Atmosphäre, das unglaublich freundliche Personal und die außergewöhnlich schönen, blitzsauberen Zimmer haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Das Frühstück war einfach genial – frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The apartment is big, really comfortable and very clean. Although our apartment was in the attic and outside was very hot, when we arrived the air conditioning was on so the rooms were cool. The house is old, at least from 18th century, but was recently refurbished with very good taste. Inside there are all the appliances you need. The house is well located in the city center, on a nice and quite street, nearby a big park.

Very nice and stylish apartment, generous and spacious, great ceiling frescoes, perfect bathroom, well lit, functional kitchen, all very clean; staff helpful, prompt, reliable, kind; shops and bakery nearby; if you have MyFerrara card, “tasse di soggiorno” will be deducted but you have to contact the stuff in advance or during paying process; we would rent the apartment again if we return. Location needs bike when you cannot walk > 1 km (to castle / piazza / cathedral) (rent bike "Todisco Brothers" is friendly and fair-prized); bike parking insight courtyard of the apartment house.
