Great, comfortable apartment and accessible for travelling in Emilia Romagna
Francesco was very accommodating, to arrive and meet us with the keys, after we had a delay at the airport. It was easy to get to the street, we did need some local help just make sure we were in the right place. The apartment was on the top floor with views across Bologna and hills to the West. The 2 roomed apartment was very clean, tidy with plenty of storage and all the features for the kitchen and bathroom with integrated shower cubicle, washing machine were functional. The beds were comfortable. Access to local amenities for any last minute take away or Cafe were within easy reach across from the local piazza. It was easy to get around nearby towns and main roads for Emilia Romagna Region using a hire car. Great accommodation to use as a base for getting around.
There was no access to WiFi, but Francesco offered to provide a solution with a SIM wifi option. The large wardrobe door mirror needed minor attention to reset on its runners. If you're not a local; ask how to remove general waste, recycling is easy though.

Posto Tranquillo nei pressi di Bologna
Splendida accoglienza da parte di Francesco, è stato disponibile e super gentile, ha reso fantastico il nostro pernottamento nella sua struttura. Ci ha indirizzato e aiutato per gli spostamenti considerando che abbiamo due figli piccoli questo non è davvero da tutti e da poco. Fermata dell autobus che ti permette di andare in centro città vicino alla casa, piccolissimo market tabacchi bar e farmacia a pochi passi. La casa è silenziosa, adatta a chi viaggia in famiglia lontana da ogni caos e rumore cittadino provvista di ogni comfort. Lenzuola e asciugamani profumati e puliti e letti comodi. Comodo avere la lavatrice e l aspirapolvere in dotazione. Grazie Ancora per ogni cosa. Consiglio.
Errore mio nel non aver letto dell appartamento al 3 piano senza ascensore. Per rendere perfettissimo il tutto aggiungerei il Wi-Fi che potrebbe essere utile a chi pernotta nella struttura. Tutto comunque magnifico.

Dolce soggiorno
Appartamento grande, accogliente e pulito. Ottima la dotazione e letti molto comodi. Host molto disponibile. Facile contatto tramite wathsapp. Buona la posizione sia per chi vuole visitare Bologna ma anche come punto di appoggio per chi come noi, alla città felsinea, ha unito anche una tappa a Ferrara.
Unica nota stonata l'appartamento è al quarto piano senza ascensore e quindi non facilmente accessibile a tutti.
