Elite Apartment Konaci

I have been to multiple similar apartments in the area, so I have something to compare this one to. If you're looking for a small room with a kitchenette for two people to spend a few days in the center of Kopaonik - look no further. - the host is great! Caring, proactive and quick to respond to our requests - the best location you can find in the area - the apartment is easy to find and the door is clearly labeled - self check-in (in our case the apartment was already available an hour before the official check-in time) - well-furnished and modern, tidy room - large and comfy bed - it was consistently warm in the room - the water in the shower was hot enough - there is a dedicated heater you can use to dry your clothes and gear after a day of riding - the kitchenette is well-equipped, featuring a mini-stove, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle and a selection of cookware and flatware - the coffee maker is a nice touch - access is handled with a key-card system which also manages power in the apartment - it was generally quiet (except when people wearing ski boots walked by the door) Overall: the value proposition is unbeatable

Some points to consider when deciding: - the apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building, but the elevator only goes to the 4th floor - the wall right above the bed is angled (as shown in the photos) since the apartment is on the upper floor - the room is quite compact so if you have a lot of stuff with you - you will need to get creative to keep the space organized

Close to slopes/ski lift - 2 minutes walk :) Apartment enough for 2 ppl, has everything you need, fridge, microwave, cutlery etc. Warm and clean

The apartment is very well located in the center of the resort, just a few minutes from the slopes. It is not very large, but it’s cozy and has everything needed for our stay. It offers great value for money in Kopaonik. The host is excellent. He arranged a transfer for us from Belgrade airport late at night at a reasonable price, which was very helpful. We can't fault this property and would highly recommend it.
