Apratman je veoma praktičan i udoban, a nalazi se u samom centru, u Konacima koji su svakako, osim par luksuznih hotela, najbolje mesto za boravak na Kopaoniku. Prodavnice su na par koraka, kao i apoteka, a restoran sa odličnom hranom je u istoj zgradi, pa nema potrebe za lutanjem i šetanjem. Sam objekat je malo stariji, na primer, nije radio lift, ali svaki apartman je za sebe i ovaj je zaista lepo sređen
