Beautiful and comfortable barn situated deep in the heart of the green Tuscan countryside in the whereabouts of Montelupo Fiorentino, a town famous for its pottery and terracotta in a strategic position for excursions. Only 20 minutes by car and you are in Florence and in less than an hour you can reach the main artistic and cultural towns such as San Miniato, Pisa, Siena, Volterra, Monteriggioni and San Gimignano. The restoration work of the barn has been done carefully keeping the original architectural details such as local stone, wooden beams and floors in Florentine terracotta tiles while adding all the modern amenities. The interiors are warm and enhanced with the typical pottery and ornaments of Montelupo. Outside, the guests can relax on the large veranda, furnished with chairs, sunbeds, a table and barbeque, the ideal place where to sunbathe or have outdoor dinners. The vanishing-edge swimming pool (10.5x7.5, 1.2-1.4m deep)(4/05-28/09, open from 9am to 9pm) with a Jucuzzi area (2m in diameter) is in a panoramic position enjoying one of the most beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. The accommodation has central heating, wi-fi Internet connection, baby bed and high chair (to be requested when booking), satellite TV with DVD player, burglar alarm, safe, 1 firewood basket included. You can request extra linen change and domestic help, a babysitter, chef, cookery courses, bike rentals.

PLEASE NOTE: Only small pets are accepted and against payment (100euros/pet/week). Arrivals must be between 03.00pm and 07.00pm. Arrivals after 7.00pm are charged a supplement of 50 Euros/hour.
