The location is awesom for walking, biking, shops and public transport. The balcony sofa and view are great for a relaxing morning coffee moment. You have everything you need: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dyer -- great for when you need to travel with a small luggage, takes any anxiety away. The kitchen is well equipped as well. The AC works really well. Personally, I was not bothered by any elevator noises. Seen some comments about that. The owner seems very nice. Check in and out went smooth. So yeah, would stay here again, anytime. Travelled for a course as a single girl and felt safe.

Central, clean and very nicely designed.

The access to the room is the not best one. The elevator is old and seems unsafe.

-am gasit locul curat -mi-a placut tare mult ce am gasit in bucatarie: zahar, cafea, vase, plita, microunde. Plus calcator, feon, uscator haine -vederea pe geam in noapte- asa cum apare si in poza, iar spatiul din balcon -relaxant, linistitor, frumos! -zgomotul de la lift sau de la tramvai exista (in zona este depou)- la noi nu a fost atat de deranjat, depinde de la om la om, daca e obisnuit cu agitatia orasului sau daca doreste multa liniste. In jur de 00:00 se incheie si cu zgomotul.

-prosoapele cu pete, dar daca discutati cu proprietarul, raspunde imediat, le poate schimba -2 sugestii: ar fi de ajutor o explicatie pentru utilizarea plitei; situatia sistemului de incalzire apa- ar fi util sa se imbunatateasca. Cand este apa, la robinet e SUPER OK, cand nu este si trebe utilizat sistemul(Instantul), nu se poate regla caldura apei.

The location is near the metro station and bus stations, and there are great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The host was very helpful and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

There was not always warm water for the shower since it is the top floor of a large apartment complex, but if we planned the timing of showers around peak hours this was not an issue.
