Dobra lokalizacja (blisko do stacji metra, blisko do lokali z gastronomią), cisza w obiekcie, bezpieczny parking.
Brak pralki w apartamencie (pralka na korytarzu, wspólna dla kilku apartamentów), wrażenie niedostatecznej czystości, apartament na poddaszu z małą ilością światła dziennego, przeszklenie w drzwiach wejściowych (gdy goście z innych apartamentów zapalili światło na korytarzu po północy) światło na korytarzu nie gasło trzeba było je samemu zgasić, w przeciwnym razie przeszkadzało w spaniu.

La ubicación (muy cerca del centro y a la vez tranquilo, sin ruido). Camas y sofá cama cómodo, baño confortable, cocina bien equipada. Parking
Escaleras estrechas. Para nosotros no di en problema , pero para persona mayores o movilizados reducida y mucho equipaje se dificultaría el acceso.
