Das Bad/ Waschbecken war defekt und trotz Meldung hat sich niemand dafür interessiert!!!! Sehr ärgerlich! Mussten selbst reparieren

Convenient location and easy check-in.

The AC was not working properly. Despite being on the highest setting and extremely loud, there was little air coming out and definitely not cold. I got in touch with the support team, they supposedly sent someone to repair it but they did not follow-up which left me a bit disappointed. In the evening the AC was still not working and they did not offer a resolution for the problem. Unfortunately, the windows do not have nets so I could not open them without letting mosquitoes in. With an outside temperature of 35 degrees, the AC is a very important aspect of an accomodation and the situation was very uncomfortable and a deal breaker. Some other minor inconveniences: only one toilet paper roll for 4 days, the bedsheets are too small and you end up sleeping directly on the mattress cover, the bed is a little too high but there is a stool in the room. While I appreciate the location and good prices, I value more consistency and reliability.
