Excellent property, fully equipped and everything you would need. Just across the road from the beach and 2 mins walk to the restaurants.
The Gardens where immaculately maintained, such a picturesque spot to lay and take in the October sunshine (26-29 degress)
Joseph/Host was on hand by whatsapp or call and nothing was ever a bother. He called when leaving the airport to check on timings and was there to great us when we arrived, showed us how everything worked and gave advise on the area, shops, supermarkets, etc. and also provided a welcome pack for the fridge including milk, cheese, bread, etc.
Pool liner was showing its age slightly but still a great spot to cool down during the day and play with the family.
All in all an amazing property, great host, great location and definitely somewhere we would consider going to again, if not this villa, one of Joseph's other maintained properties.
Pool heating is charged separately but worth it for this time of year (October) where it’s still warm but the pool is in the shade

The villa is beautiful, it has everything you need for a holiday and being beachfront means you are within arms reach of all local amenities.
Joseph was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble for him. He has hints and tips for life on the island too, ask him anything!
The pool was cleaned regularly and the garden tended to also.
Whoever in your party likes a firm bed should definitely sleep in the master bedroom. The other too are much softer which was more to my liking but my partner preferred the firm bed for a good night's sleep.
You'll pay for the beautiful garden by having to skim the pool regularly! However, it is totally worth it for the wonderful plants, flowers and trees you get to enjoy.

Beach, shops, restaurants were so close, didn't need a car unless you wanted to go to a larger supermarket which was only 10 minutes away.
Joseph our host was amazing .....was there when we arrived explained everything, gave us tips on best restaurants and activities. When we needed him he answered our calls and sorted things out straight away, could not ask for anymore.
Villa was great, pool fantastic got cleaned twice while we were there. Everything we needed was there, iron, hairdryer etc and all the equipment required in the kitchen was there. Very clean and had a welcome pack when arriving which was a great help.
The only negative I would say was the beds were not as comfortable as I would of liked, but then I do love a soft mattress. The rest of the family didn't even notice that the beds were not as comfortable as ones at home.

3 good size double bedrooms with good storage. Good facilities in the kitchen, good to have washing machine and dish washer too. A few seating areas outside and the pool was warm. Great to be across the road from the beach and good restaurants. Garden is not overlooked.
Had an elderly relative with us, great location for beach and short walk to restaurants and shops.
Too close to a late night bar which is very loud until 4am Sat, 3am Fri, some other nights it was quieter but still open until 2am. Car park out the front gathers revellers from the club in the early hours also.
Cleaning pool each morning as lots of leaves from the garden along with flies on the water and the odd lizard and worm on the bottom; part of an outside pool though. Pool cleaners came twice in the week however.
