High value for the price

Everything was perfect. Very quiet location . We took the large room upstairs which was so spacious, although regular rooms are already very large . Cupboards, tables , fridge , hot water , no smell. Room is cleant everyday without asking . Scooters available at good price Swimming pool was clean and the WiFi was strong . And last but not least : the owner and the staff are so friendly and helpful, we had the feeling to be at home. One of our best stays in Bali .

Super beautiful property, the staff are incredibly kind, any issues were attended to immediately, the pool and the rooms were cleaned daily, supermarket, restaurants and laundry close by

A precious little gem in Ubud

Welcoming family/owners! Great location could walk to nice nearby restaurants and into the main town easily. Loved all the statues around the hotel/pool. I will definitely stay there again next time I visit Ubud!

The place was close to the center but far from the crowds so I slept incredible. It’s a really calm place, the house animals are lovely (dog, puppy and lots of kitties). The hosts are amazing, I felt home! If you’re looking for a relaxed ambient where to feel home, this is your place 😊

It's all extremely old. Curtains was so dirty! No toilet brush or additional water tap. An old toothpaste was on the drawer under the sink, the shelf was falling off

Nice and clean property.

The place is clean and cozy. Main market is 5mins ride. Monkey forest is just 3kms. Waterfall is also just 30mins. Big rooms. The staff is very kind, they'll help you with 2 wheeler rent, booking for trekking and other activities. The owner is also very hospitable.

Would have liked if we had a bathroom freshner.

Need an improvement on the cleanliness

The staff Bella and her father was very friendly

The room were very dirty when we arrived, there was shoe mark in both of the towel they provided. We asked if they can clean and change the towel, but they say the cleaners are all gone and promised to clean in the AM, however it was not happening the next day. They said that they have parking on the spot, but it was more like a street parking, the villa is located around 100m away from the mainstreet and only can be accessed by motorbike.

It’s a good place to stay for couples but you’ll need a motorbike and the quality of the rooms vary.

The staff is super friendly and the rooms are comfortable. It’s a good place to stay for a couple. We also enjoyed the pool.

We changed rooms partway through our stay but got less nice room for a higher price. The bathroom in the high price stay was not good at all - the shower barely worked.

Disappointing

pretty good location, owner was pretty nice.

our room was so dirty. normally i dont really mind if its not the cleanest, but this time i was almost about to leave. we had stains on the bed and hair on the bed as well (that wasnt ours haha) the bathroom was just not it. he did clean our bed the minute we told him about it. and as he was cleaning he said the cleaners probably skipped this room. it can use just one big cleanup

Superb

Very friendly family business. They helped us rent a motorbike during our stay with them. We extended our stay to enjoy the peace and quiet of the place for 2 more days. Definitely recommend.

Awesome experience

We really liked the hospitality. The staff/owner helped us a lot with the Ubud tour and the tours to Nusa Penida and Gili Triwanga and the night trek to Mount Batur.

Bad

Nothing except location...

So villa Sekembang is total disaster! Location is okay but we were very disappointed with facility. First of all toilets were totally smelly and discusting. It wasnt cleaned proberely. For me personally hygiene is very important. So i find it very bad hygiene standards in toilet and shower area.... Room and bedroom itself was also not so clean it was full of bugs and coackroaches. I was that stuff was using same cleaning equipment for floor and tables as well. I was totally in shock. Last suprise was in check out once they told me for extra %3 registertion fee out of nowhere without any information given before... I made my complaints... Please dont look at pictures before you decide to visit villa Sekembang....

Staff were lovely. Molen who lives next door couldn’t have done more for us. And we had a lady come in to make breakfast every morning. Recommends or scooters, anything we needed they had the answers. Walk to a beach. Lovely house.

Uima-allas suoraan parvekkeelta oli ihana. Sijainti oli todella kätevä, oli helppoa tehdä päiväreissu hotellilta. Huoneesta löytyi tarpeelliset olemiseen.

Plutôt déçus de notre séjour

Les chambres étaient propres et plutôt spacieuses. La piscine est agréable et bien entretenue. L’établissement est très calme, idéal pour se reposer. La présence d’une moustiquaire dans la chambre.

Nous avons eu très peu de contact avec les propriétaires. Même le petit déjeuner (a priori existant) ne nous a pas été proposé. Aucune explication n’a été donnée sur la cuisine partagée … Le lit n’était pas très confortable. Les chambres sont quand même assez vieillottes, loin des photos sur Booking. L’emplacement est un peu loin du centre ville, il faut forcément un scooter sinon c’est beaucoup de temps de marche.

Fantastisch fijne plek

Personeel en eigenaar zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niets is teveel! De kamer is schoon en erg ruim. Fijn zwembad aanwezig! 2 jaar geleden ook geweest en het beviel ons super. Dichtbij het centrum. Het enige dat het aan een stille straat zat. Nu is er een supermarkt in de straat ,een fantastisch mooi restaurant en een leuk koffiebarretje. Blij verrast waren we! Wij blijven hier terugkomen!

L'emplacement etait parfait pas loin du centre d'ubud.la chambre très bien. Certaines chambres sont mieux que d'autres

Petite piscine juste pour ce rafraîchir et le chemin pour accéder à l'hôtel est très étroit
