    Yes even price is cheaper, but does not mean that you treat customers differently, the attitude is such rude! Really not good!

    Second time here, still love it. I usually don't like upper bunkbed but I got very comfortable in Aura's upper bunkbed.

    This hostel is clean, spacious but inside the rooms…there were LOTS of mosquitoes that I literally had to cover my entire body with a blanket before sleeping. Location to walk here is also kinda dangerous since there were no sidewalks. Those were my only problems hostel-wise. Then I got into a problem with one of the staff. She ASSUMED that I had checked out already because she asked my roommate if I had checkout but I didn’t. So instead of blaming the roommate, she kinda got angry with me (it was not super angry but her tone of voice and facial expressions were not good at all) because she already cleaned the bed and I got back around 10:30am so I have the right to use the bed since checkout is at 12. It’s her fault at all she cleaned the bed. Then at around 12, she was so quick to say “I’m giving you 10 minutes to checkout” while during checked in, I waited for her for one hour because she didn’t arrive yet and I was patient with it. Needs some staff training
