We have spend only one night in this place. The place has it's own unique vibe and design which we love.
I need to say there is still some work to be done with the communication. We have arrived late around 20.00 from Spain. The gate for the entrance was closed and we had no idea how to call people from the hotel or get inside. All were written is french no english at all. The phone nr showed on the reservation connected us to voice mail that as well was in french. After 30 min we have found another phone nr searching on the google maps as well as I have wrote on instagram chat to the hotel. Only then we started to have response. It can't be, that you are coming to the hotel and you do not have any informations how to enter or the informations provided to you are wrong. During booking the room I have added a note that we will arrive at certain hour. During breakfast there was just one girl who couldn't say a word in english. Our feelings about this place is very mixed. The place seems really nice but the service did not match our expectation.
