The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t get to use the pool, but it’s a nice option.
I didn’t understand that there were only a limited number of free parking spots that might or might not be available and that if none available parking was 10€ per day. Perhaps a misunderstanding on my part, but I thought the parking provided was free. I luckily was able to get a free spot each day we were there, but if I had had to add 10€ per day that would have changed my perception of the price value of the room.

The room allowed you to get a quiet sleep, the staff was nice, the underground garage was good.
The air in the room was so dusty up to the point you started considering sleeping with the windows open, the same goes for the Air Conditioning, that just seemed to give a cold but very dusty air.
The location isn't that great if you want to visit the city, because you will need to drive or get a taxi to get near anything important in Montpellier.
