Staff - especially Elisa, she is a wonderful person and truly has a natural talent for hospitality. The entire staff is also excellent and leaves a very positive impression

The location was excellent for exploring the wonderful city of montpellier and the room was large with a comfortable bed
The car park is a nightmare to find. The website needs some pictures to help find the entrance. Also the air conditioning is feeble and I would think the room would be unbearably hot once the outside temperature exceeds 25c.

We absolutely loved the location of the ibis Montpellier Centre Comédie! It is incredibly central, offering easy access to all the main points of interest and a fantastic variety of local eateries. Being just steps away from the heart of the city made exploring Montpellier entirely effortless.
On the downside, we found the room a bit too basic. It lacked standard amenities like a coffee maker or complimentary bottled water, and only a minimum number of towels were provided.

Excellent location with parking within the same building, which in Montpellier is really difficult
Being a public parking, it was dirty n stinking, and we had to hold our breath until we entered the hotel elevator… the air conditioning wasn’t working either!
