Breakfast was very good. Continental breakfast but with excellent fresh food including French cheese, cold cuts and the most delicious croissants.
The tea selection was also surprisingly luxurious. Loose leaf teas from Palais Des Thés - the organic rooibos was delicious.
The hotel also offers daily room cleaning which I find is becoming less common even in more higher rated brands. Very pleased with this.
The reading light next to my bed had a fault. When turned off, it would create a high pitched humming sound that would only stop when the light was turned on. It made sleeping a bit challenging but I got used to it after the first night.
The room lighting overall could be improved. The room was dark even with all the lights on. The placement of the lights was a bit unusual with no central light bulb to bring light to the centre of the room.

It was air conditioned! And clean and there was space! Great value for money and head and shoulders above the other hotels I’ve stayed at during recent trips.

Friendly staff on arrival, lovely sized room and a great convenient location for exploring a beautiful city by foot or via trams. lovely breakfast.

The location was awesome.
The personal from the caffeteria was very gentle although they spoke very little English.
The breakfast was very good.
The reception personal was not so attentive. I think they were not very profficient in English.
The room we got was extremely dark. We had a baby and they gave us a room with 4 beds which made the room very big but totally unefficient. Also, was in the first floor (close to a ground floor). Was noicy. Windows didn't open much. The shower was difficult to calibrated. The toillet was ment for handicaped people and very unconfortable for us.
