Condo is nice. Best part is the location. The beach is so beautiful
And so is the view to the lagoon.
Market at premises is convenient but extremely overpriced. We chose to shop at Oxxo across the street instead.
It’s close to best beaches in Cancún.
Room Rates are reasonable
Inexpensive public transportation just outside of premises.
Security personnel is very nice and courteous.
Liliana, the owner was always nice to deal with..
All good. Maybe a queen bed would’ve been perfect instead of two double beds.
The only negative was the Market/restaurant. For it was overpriced on everything.

El exterior, la vista, la atención del personal , la seguridad
Falta de mantenimiento en el departamento (1302) silla desencolada, puerta de ingreso que cierra a los golpes, adornos rotos y con polvo. Sarro alrededor de las canillas, varilla de ventana que se sale.
