It is quiet and surrounded by beauty. It is the ideal place to enjoy the beach that is 5 minutes walking and stroll on the main avenue of Cancun, where all the shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are located.
It is only 3 minutes walk to the beach and the complex is between the sea and the lagoon .. The apartment has free wifi and is surrounded by restaurants and entertainment areas.

Stayed one night—overall, the property was fine. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was clean, safe, and in a gated neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, and the location was close to beach access. It worked well for our family of five.

The area is safe. Parking inside the property. Beach walking distance. The pool area really nice and peace.

The location was great, with an ocean/pool view. The only issue, there was no hot water to shower.
