Before arrival, we will request a photo of the official government-issued ID of each guest staying, along with a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious environment with neighbors and comply with the building's rules.
You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, local dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving open food outside.
Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and essentials). Additional cleaning or amenity replenishment during your stay is available for an extra charge.
To keep the A/C working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set it below 21C (70F).

Room was great and clean and had a security guard. Was close to food and a little mini mart and a pharmacy and a beautiful beach. There where cab drivers close by also. Only bad thing was that there where no wash clothes but went to store and bought some were cheap enough only a dollar a piece. All and all i would recommend this place.
