Perfect Pines

A very well equipped spacious apartment with nice extra touches for comfort. Beds were comfy with clean fresh white linen. Large ensuite and bathroom. Great location for Gleneagles resort and walking. Books and games for rainy days. Claire was very helpful.

Claire was the perfect host. Every possible need was met. Very clean. Décor fresh/tasteful.Comfy beds. Electric heating was very up-to-date and easy to control. Loads of hot water. Super shower. Quiet location and yet a short walk to Gleneagles Hotel for a drink or a coffee. Easy access to A9 and Gleneagles train station ( free parking).Red squirrels in the grounds Decorated for Christmas.

Loved it all

We absolutely loved this property. It is situated very close to Gleneagles hotel & near Crieff Hydro Hotel. We had a lovely drink in the Coorie Inn the first night (Muthill) and then dinner at Cafe Kisa in Auchterarder. Both excellent. The apartment has everything you could need. There is a welcome book which is very detailed and has useful information inside. The apartment is beautifully decorated, cosy and welcoming. Bathrooms are new and everything is of high quality. Loved the fully stocked kitchen for cooking and preparing food (if desired). The nice tea, coffee, biscuits and milk were well received. My two boys (5) and (11) were very happy with their bedrooms and tv’s. The bath is a lovely addition with Arran aromatics toiletries. We had dinner at the Dormy in Gleneagles one of the nights and also had lunches and coffees in the hotel which were child friendly. The boys also played golf at the ‘Wee Course’ which was perfect for an 11 year old. We also visited Crieff hydro (around 20 mins drive) and booked the adventure centre for the boys which they loved. Auchterarder itself has some lovely places to eat & a local Co op for picking up essentials that you may need. We ordered a Chinese takeaway from the Fortune Inn (delicious). A home from home, we will definately be back. Thankyou Claire.

The property was spotlessly clean and has fixtures and fittings of the highest standard. The host, Claire, assisted with access and made sure that everything was perfect for our visit. This was our 7th stay in 5 years and we have already booked for 2026.

The Pines is a lovely spacious apartment well equipped with quality appliances.

Access code supplied by Booking was not correct but a call to the owner quickly sorted it out.

luxuriously clean and comfortable amazing location little special touches such as luxury toiletries, bedding and towels make for a really special trip - the nicest self catering accommodation I’ve stayed in and easily as nice as a 5 star hotel Claire is helpful, informative and very welcoming amazing location, only 3 min walk from Gleneagles estate and a short drive from the shops and restaurants in Auchterarder town. we have been 3 times as a family of 5 - a new tradition for 3 generations- and look forward to our next visit - and the next!
