A map to locate the location would be helpful, hotel staff provided a map so not an issue just in the dark you would struggle otherwise. Aside that no issues at all.

Had been looking forward to this, but was so disappointed with the Lodge.

Good location.

The lodge was a massive disappointment and it felt like it needed a good refurbishment. The downstairs bedrooms/bathrooms smelt damp and was cold. The cooker needed a good clean, no tea towel, plug in sink to wash up (or tablet for dishwasher), TV was ancient, had to wait for water to warm up. Sadly, it just didn’t feel homely.

Location was perfect, great for all ages, plenty to keep you occupied. BIG thank you to Lewis who works in the hotel, nothing was a problem to him, he went above and beyond making sure everything was OK , he is an asset to your company

Comfortable and very spacious.

Very spacious two-storied well-equipped self-catering lodge; pleasant outdoor deck (facing other lodges) and partially forested site by a stream. Easy access to swimming pool and spa facilities belonging to the adjacent hotel complex. Private and extremely comfortable.

Lovely last minute booking to an amazing hideaway!

I booked the lodge at the last minute, I didn't really have any expectations but we were all taken aback by how lovely the resort was. We would have booked more nights had we realised how lovely it is.

A little maintenance required in the ensuite drainage, but that is the only recomendations I can find.

On arrival, outside the front door was a large bag of rubbish, entering the property, it smelt extremely musty and had clearly not been cleaned, the carpets had not been hoovered, the bathrooms were dirty, the kitchen was filthy, not sure the bed linen was clean, very creased and stained! I called the owner and left a few messages, she eventually called me back and was very apologetic and even offered money back, I had at this time moved into a hotel, my two friends couldn’t find another accommodation and had no choice but to stay in (The Luxury 2Bedroom Lodge)!!! They covered the beds with towels to sleep on. I sent the owner a message and pictures of the dust and grime expecting the money she had promised to be refunded back to me, she then accused me of blackmailing her! Avoid this property like the plague

Overall an enjoyable stay, some updates required

The host here was fabulous, she was so accommodating and understanding to our international travel during the ever changing COVID situation. The lodge is spacious and well equipped for a family of 4. 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location is superb and only 8 minute drive to Gleneagles. The leisure centre was small but very clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

As soon as we entered the lodge there was a very musty/moody smell of that we could not get rid of. The bed linens and towels are in desperate need of a refresh. The balcony was not accessible due to what appeared a broken slider door. The washer dryer was fine for washing but the dryer was useless. Due to COVID the restaurant was closed and take away options were limited.

Beautiful location and lovely lodges

The lodge is really nice but needs a bit more love and attention Felt cold in house when we arrived and had to wait for water to heat up to have a shower main bathroom had no toilet roll , towels , mats so again felt cold it’s not cheap to stay so needs more attention to detail , ice tray but no ice ready to use Some milk for tea coffee would have been nice Expected luxury given price and estate it is on . Would go back to estate but probably try and a different lodge

Second stay, excited for third!

The lodge itself is beautiful and spacious. My husband and I visited ourselves in May and enjoyed a very relaxing 2 night stay. During this stay we visited Crieff hydro and “segwayed” up the hills and had dinner and drinks in the town centre. In June we stayed with our two children. It was refreshing to be in such a safe complex. The kids were able to go to the playpark (less than a minute walk from lodge) themselves which was great. We are booked again to visit in august. The complex has meals and drinks available, to sit in or takeaway. The WiFi is also provided. All in all I could not personally recommend this property more if you’re looking to get away from city life and relax for a bit.

Disappointing tbh. Area is lovely and facilities are good.

Great location and resort and hotel very nice.

Damp smell in lower floor horrendous with smell seeping into bedding and headboard. In the end slept upstairs on couch for second night of stay! Questioned this with owner (who seems very obliging but is based abroad) who said that the previous client had not mentioned anything. That may be the case but it doesn't get that bad that quickly so there is a problem that needs addressed especially with winter coming. The balcony in the lodge is out of order so no where to sit out which we were informed about but no sign to state when it will be opened again so check with owner when that is to happen if you are booking.

Obviously during covid no leisure was open, still really enjoyed the place & would definitely go back once leisure is open up again, beautiful place
