Loved our stay, we were in a caravan with hot tub. Location great a short walk maybe about 15 minute

Location, cleanliness

Not able to use hot tub on arrival as temp only at 28.5, feel this should be at correct temp as booking known well in advance so no reason not to have it set at the correct temp on arrival. And when only there for 2 nights you miss out on a full night of using hot tub and that was reason we booked the caravan with hot tub. Also could be doing with some hooks outside at hot tub area to hang towels.

If I have to be really picky, I would say that the internet options should be clearer, but!!! That’s really been picky!

A lovely wee place which was great value for money, we loved our stay and will definitely return soon.

The pod was excellent and right on the river which was lovely and relaxing. Inside had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning and the bed was really comfy. It was nice and private too which was ideal as we just wanted a weekend to chill.

The wood fire hot tub didn’t heat up on the first night which was disappointing as we’d followed the instructions which were really easy. We let reception know and someone went to look at it and on the second night it nice and hot, which was great.

Great place for the romantic weekend

Beautiful area, clean surroundings, and a spotless cabin. The hot tub was very clean, and the chemical balance was perfect—you don’t feel like chlorine is burning your skin.

It would be nice to have a small chopping board in the kitchen. Also, the amount of wood the staff leaves isn’t enough to warm the hot tub water to at least a comfortable temperature. Make sure to bring plenty of wood with you—you can buy more at reception for £10, but they’re only open until 5pm.

beautiful stay, on river earn, mornings were soo peaceful, no noise, nothin uncomfortable. hot tub was prepared before our arrival, everything was neat, clean and preped.

It was very clean and had everything we needed, very cosy. We had a call the morning of our stay saying the accommodation we booked was frozen so they upgraded us to a lodge and it was definitely an upgrade, the staff were very friendly and welcoming

Glamping in crieff

The outdoor fire pit and location beside the river, the accommodation is clean and well kept and the reception staff are exceptionally helpful and lovely to deal with, ill definitely be back for a stay at braidhaugh hopefully longer this time 😉

There is nothing I would change apart from maybe a 12pm checkout as 10am is a bit early.

Great stay

Absolutely loved our short break. The cabin was cosy and very clean. Loved our outside space with view of the river and bridge. The stay was quiet and peaceful. The wood fired hot tub was fabulous and we had a long soak while watching the stars.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, warm caravan, lovely and clean and lots of storage. Showers were very powerful too and it was a lovely experience.

Just a small suggestion for some hooks for coats/dressing gowns on the backs of doors and outside on the fences when using the hot tub to hand towels on etc. Also potentially having some sort of canopy for the hot tubs as we did use it the whole weekend even in the rain but ideally it would have been better with some cover overhead to enjoy in all weathers. Nothing we didn’t like just suggestions.

Fantastic stay

The hot tub was simply amazing. To be able to lie back and watch the stars and listen to owls hooting while being lovely and cosy was such an experience I stayed in a 2 bedroom caravan with 2 fluffy german shepherds and the place was warm and cosy. Fantastic kitchen facilities with all the utensils you need Added bonus was getting to see black Highland cows in a field just up the road from the park

Would have liked some coathangers in the wardrobe as it didn't occur to me to bring any with me but it wasn't a massive problem

Just what was needed for a short time away 😊

Perfect location that had the feeling of being secluded while being just a short walk to everything Crieff has to offer. Was nice and quiet in the evening and enjoyed relaxing in the wood fired hot tub. 😊

Fantastic, relaxing stay in a warm, clean caravan witn a wonderful hotub and friendly helpful staff

The property was lovely and warm, clean, modern, loved that it was dog friendly. The hot tub being ready on arrival was fantastic.

I felt the space was a little smaller than expected, tho fine for a short stay with a family of 2 adults one teenager. But the hall way was very narrow. Little touches would improve the experience such as place mats, lamps rather than the main lights in the bedroom and living room, cushions in the living area.

Great value, stress free, pet friendly holiday.

Great value for money. Good variety of kitchen ware / utensils. Pretty location. Bedding and towels were provided which makes things hassle free. Pet friendly, this makes holidays so much easier for us! Check in and out were quick, no messing. Car parking space right next to the caravan. A stress free holiday for a family of 4 with 2 dogs. Would definitely recommend.

My only preference with booking a pet friendly caravan would have to be an enclosed space to keep the dogs from getting out while we were using the hot tub.

Beautiful stay!

The place was beautiful overlooking the river, weather wasnt great but we didnt let that stop us, close by to everything, staff very helpful and they even decorated the pod for my bf birthday beautifully by sending them the decorations prior to our stay, amazing place and will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay

We liked the location and closeness to the town centre but yet it felt like we were in the countryside.

More towels required. No mat to stand on inside pod to dry feet once coming out hot tub which meant floor got wet so had to use our own towels on floor to prevent slipping.

Relaxing and enjoyable break, sadly let down by the cleanliness of the pod.

We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and river views and quiet location.

Sadly our cabin wasn’t in the cleanest of conditions, it appeared to us that a proper clean had not been carried out before we arrived, the floors were also very dirty and there was a smell of dampness throughout the pod.

The caravan was very clean and new and the park was positioned nicely.

The hot tub had no cleaning tools supplied, with it being in Scotland and windy rainy, this meant the water got dirty very quickly with leaves and insects etc. I asked at reception for a net and was given a fishing net, it barely caught anything as the holes in the net are big, so all the insects just slid through the net it was no use at all really. I go for hot tub holidays a lot and this is the first time I’ve seen one without basic tools to maintain it. They wanted you to pay extra for the WiFi, but also to go to reception to pay but it closed at 5pm, so if you arrive late that could be an issue. There was a balcony but no seats to sit on or table, this was very strange. I used my own camping chairs that I had in the car thankfully, it felt like the caravan was still a bit unfinished. There were no basic condiments like salt or pepper etc, so just something to keep in mind.

Peaceful, relaxing & chilled

Could not fault the pod. Spotless, and loved waking up to the river right in front of us. BBQ & electric hot tub, we really enjoyed. Pod had everything you needed, plenty of sockets and lights in lots of different locations, so you didn’t need to disturb others, in your area, if one going to sleep.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property. Only down side, Is if you don’t drive, public transport & taxis, we found were limited, but that’s nothing to do with the property. Staff were very friendly & couldn’t do enough for you.

Wouldn't go back!

The hot tub was good.

Was initially greeted by a gentleman lacking in customer service, seemed as if he would rather have been anywhere else that at work & wasn't very forthcoming with information. The onsite bar closes at 4:30pm which was a bit of a let down. The dishes in our wigwam were dirty, clearly hadn't been checked or cleaned by the cleaners. The sofa bed was awful, so uncomfortable. We usually go to the Park at Loch Tay which is 100% better, thought we would try Braidhaugh for a change, wish we hadn't bothered. Crieff doesn't really have a proper taxi service so you're a good 30 minute walk into the town.

Great stay and cant wait to return

Lovely location on the River Earn, peaceful, yet close to town. Pods well equipped and spacious with a great hot tub over looking the river. Look forward to returning.

One small suggestion to improve privacy of pods/lodges - add signs or clearly mark boundaries to stop other guests walking over grassed areas to give more privacy when in hot tubs. Some people sadly do not have common sense or decency.
