Braidhaugh Holiday Lodge and Glamping Park

The lady in reception was super friendly and very helpful. The hot tub was great and we sat on the deck of the pod and watched a Kingfisher fish in the river. Excellent couple of days away in a great location. Highly recommend!

Would be great to get the hot tub heated up before arrival.

The location on the edge of the river was fantastic with lots of wildlife on-site. The distance to the town centre was about half a mile but a really nice walk.

Very clean Caravan, kitchen was spotless also enough kitchen equipment. Very clean and large jacuzzi Lovely and friendly staff at reception

No outdoor furniture in our Caravan- Could easily fit 2 chairs and a table on the balcony. Its such a shame as the weather were perfect - huge disappointment for us No BBQ facilities however some other Caravans/pods had Check out between 9-10 Seems mad early. I understand the Caravans and jacuzzi get deep cleaned however feels a bit rushed to get us out of the site Would be nice if there were some small kids area. Little playground as there not much to do for the Little ones

It was a lovely location and very spacious

We really enjoyed the stay but the caravan was absolutely filthy and we had a power cut and couldn’t get through to the helpline for a while. The sofa was covered in stains and smelt awful, every time I tried to go to reception to complain it was shut. The door on the master bedroom didn’t shut properly. The handle on the en-suite was broken and my daughter ended up getting stuck inside due to this. Both sinks were rusted and had no cover over the plugs. Behind the cushions of the sofa were what looked like mushed up sweets. I have pictures and videos of everything I have described. When my partner took the keys back he complained and the woman at reception laughed it off and said “oh was the boss not happy” which I think was highly unprofessional, she didn’t even acknowledge the complaint.
