Excellent location, hampered by river bank bolstering works at present.
Lovely and warm.
Smart TV with apps really good.
Kitchen facilities are poor for people who like to cook. No measuring jugs, microwavable bowls or scales, and only one dish towel that I could see.
Fabric of kitchen poor with loose drawer.
Ensuite shower tired and in need of regrouting.
If it was mine I would put a larger table in the adjoining room for dining and relaxing while eating. The property wasn't that conducive for that.
