About this cottage rental
Step through the front door into a welcoming hallway with coat hooks and storage space.
The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with an L-shaped layout. Two leather sofas and an armchair face the smart TV and wood-burning stove, perfect for relaxing evenings. There's a dining table for meals and the space works well for both cooking and socializing.
French doors lead to a covered outdoor seating area with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the garden — a great spot to sit with a coffee or glass of wine.
The ground floor also has a spacious walk-in shower room with tiled seating, rain shower, WC and basin.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: the first has a king-size bed with ensuite WC and basin, while the second has zip-and-link beds (so twin or double) with its own ensuite facilities. Both rooms are comfortable and well-appointed.
The cottage is designed for relaxation, with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your Highland Perthshire break.
Crieff is a small market town in Highland Perthshire with roots as a cattle‑droving hub. You'll find Scotland's oldest lending library at Innerpeffray, lively local events and the Crieff Highland Games with caber tossing and other traditional contests. Nearby attractions include Drummond Castle Gardens, the Glenturret Distillery, Scotland's oldest distillery (tours and tastings) and a little further to Loch Earn for water sports and walks. Close villages like Comrie and Muthill have golf courses and great places to eat, and Gleneagles is nearby for golf, padel, riding, clay shooting and other activities open to visitors. Crieff is a popular base for exploring central Scotland — with St Andrews and its sandy beach a day trip east, Edinburgh or Glasgow to the south, and the Cairngorms or Loch Lomond National Park to the north. Further north takes you to Aberfeldy, Pitlochry and the highlands.
