Extremely nice apartment, shame about the construction.

The property itself is fantastic and Kristina was lovely. I would have given it 10 if it was not for the building site next door.

Unfortunately there is major construction going on next door with a 30ton excavator and breaker working from 7.30 in the morning. Which meant you could not sleep and we could not use the balcony or our apartment for our breakfast as planned as you cannot hear yourself speak. Which was a shame as it is lovely location.

A great place to stay!

The location was excellent, with great views to the sea and the mountains beyond. The apartment was clean, comfortable and a short walk to the seafront where there were bars and restaurants. Christina the host was extremely friendly and polite.

A clean, modern, spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely view and a friendly host.

I especially loved the interior decoration on the apartment, which was modern. The location was on a more quieter area of the town, near the ocean. The balcony had a breathtaking view.

I wish the public transportation in Zadar was better, to be precise, more frequent which would make it easier to reach the city from the apartment. It wouldn't hurt to have more cutlery available, and beach towers for beach days :)

Superb

The apartment was perfect: 2 separate bedroom, 2 bathroom, a huge living room, kitchen and a balcony. It was perfect for 4 people. We usually eat breakfast at the balcony, where you can see the sea. Amazing! The area is quiet, however the beach is really close to the apartment. Also the bus stop is 2 min walk from the apartment. Kristina was really really nice and kind, it was so easy to communicate with her. :) Thank you everything!

There were some ants in the apartment. But there was no dirt or anything, just some ants.

A very kind host offering a wonderful flat in a wonderful city

Kristina is a wonderful welcoming and available host really making sure that you have everything you need. The flat is amazingly clean, spacious, fully equipped and furnished to the latest standards , extremelly confortable and situated in a very quiet street and modern residence just 150m from the sea front. Parking is also available with a space in the private car park of the residence. For every euro spent, I received 3 or 4 and Kristina is definitely a real asset amongst the famous Croatian hospitality . I can’t recommend her place highly enough for a short or long stay to discerning people. Thank you very much :) .

Exceptional

Kristina is an amazing host who will take care about everything from the start. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable with lovely view from the balcony. Equipment is also there so there’s really nothing to complain about - on the contrary, it was an amazing vacation!
