Proximity to the beach, supermarket & cafes, or a 5€ Uber trip to the old town, harbour & other attractions!

I highly recommend booking this apartment, with the kind owner and stunning sea views. The apartment is spacious, with a large terrace that offers panoramic views of the sea. The owner is incredibly accommodating and will ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect for rest, with nice and not so overcrowded beaches, restaurants and shops nearby with bus station that will take you for a quick ride to the city center.

Wonderful property very comfortable and near the sea. The host was very nice. I booked to get a few hours tests before leaving for the airport and he was so kind and took me to the airport for free! Such a wonderful stay even if short it was sweet!

Nice appartment

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, especially the large balcony. The location was next to the beach, but 3,5 km from Zadar city which is a little bit too far to always walk to the old city center. Free parking is around the corner.

Bad

Stayed in many apartments in my life and this is hands down the worst I have ever been to. Owners are extremely extremely rude to the point where the lady was shouting at me and getting in my face absolutely DISGRACEFUL. First night, we were a little bit loud due to arriving late and having suitcases (only 11pm) and the owner comes banging on our door telling us to go to sleep! Also absolutely 0 privacy, no curtains, coming into the room when we aren’t there. Avoid at absolutely all costs unless you want a rude, invasive man ruining your whole holiday.

First time to see a gap between pictures posted on booking.com vs reality regarding quality of apartment. Thought its freshly rennovated as per pictures but turned out to be like a no. Overall stay was amazing anyway and the host is perfect but that was a highlight.

The street in front of the apartment was very loud, even with closed doors. We could barely find any sleep, so we had to leave earlier. Pictures didn't show the real condition of the apartment.

Nagyon szép frekventált helyen van a szállás. Bolt, strand, buszmegálló karnyújtásnyira van. Gyönyörű a panoráma a teraszról, minden igényünket m aximálisan kielégítette a szállás. Bármikor szívesen visszamennénk ide, csak ajánlani tudom.
