This self catering cottage is an ideal location for wildlife, beach, water or hill based holidays, as relaxed or active as you wish to be. The cottage is near the renowned Glenelg Inn and a minutes walk from the village shop and the seashore. It is in a stunning area that includes the site of Gavin Maxwell’s ‘Camusfearna’ at Sandaig with its white coral beaches. Glenbeag has some of the best preserved Iron Age brochs. Pleasant stay at the cottage with loch so close by. Had a wonderful time and lots of memories to take back. Looking forward for the next visit soon. Even on a rainy day(where we could not go out as planned) we enjoyed staying at the cottage, provided lots of board games, Music and Film collection. Amazing place to stay with nearby attractions.

This is a simple cottage with everything you could or should need for a stay in Glenelg. It's not ultra modern or tech heavy, and the price reflects it. If you stay here and find yourself needing something more then the likelihood is that the Scottish Highlands isn't for you :) I would recommend the property is best for small groups of friends or young families (2 adults + 2-3 kids). The Glenelg Shop & the Glenelg Inn have plenty between them to keep you going if you don't want to stock up too heavily before reaching the village. Support local please.
