Dating from the 1870s, it offers year round holiday accommodation and is delightfully refurbished. Sand and shingle beach, 2 miles. Nearby there are boat trips to the Outer Hebrides. It stands alone in its own unspoilt ¼-acre grounds, with views and a sitting-out area, half a mile from the coast. It is ideally placed to appreciate an abundance of wildlife, dramatic scenery, walking, fishing and challenging climbing. Shops 4 miles, pub 7 miles.

This was just the perfect cottage for us and our dogs to have a relaxing break and a great base to explore Skye. The cottage itself is very cosy and well equipped, with the log burner an added bonus to snuggle up in front of at the end of the day. The views from the cottage are amazing.The area of Skye where the cottage is located was perfect for our vacation as we wanted to explore the coast, walk in the hills and visit the historic sites of Skye, many of which are relatively close by - in Skye terms.Unlike others before us, we had no issues with the cooker (easy to use), and the shower worked perfectly.All in all this is a great cottage and we will be recommending to others, if not returning ourselves.

This property never makes us disappointed. Fabulous location,cleanliness is always excellent.the property is in a fabulous location with fantastic views and so many fantastic walks close by.

Perfect base for touring the island.
The views from the cottage were out of this world.
