Alright if you are going out for food clean and tidy and close to most things

Close to most things and very modern

The stairs were small and noisy to walk on more like a room in a hotel no where to prepare food no table and chairs, and nothing to warm up food with

Excellent location and value for money for a short stay.

The location is superb, it's 8min walk from the promenade, and 15min from a place where you can swim, on the other side of Marjan's Hill. The street is quiet, there was no noise. The parking is in front of the house, very easy to get in/get out if you come with a car.

There is no mini-kitchen in the studio, so you can't prepare any food at home. Split is extremely expensive for cooked food (warm meal), so it would be nice to at least be able to do scrambled eggs, or similar, in the house. There was however a hot water boiler appliance, that is useful to make coffee or tea.

Fabulous hosts at Split Centre apartment

Oksana and Ivo are excellent hosts. Oksana helped us carry our heavy suitcase up the stairs when we arrived. She was helpful, answered any questions and gave us tips regarding our time in Split.The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was a 10 minute walk into the main square and there was a superette and a bakery two doors down the road. We would choose Split Centre apartment again.

The lighting wasn't that good in the living area and there wasn't a sink in the kitchenette..

Brilliant cozy place for a fair price.

It's located in a very convenient location. Host provided everything I asked for. All amenities met expectations. Place was very clean and well prepared for guest.

Creaky stairs, as a person who stays up late and goes outside for cigarette once in a while (no smoking inside but host provided ashtray outside) felt like I might wake up neighbours.

Great place - great hosts - brilliant time

Lovely and clean - just enough for what we needed. Could have done with cooking facilities but we managed fine without and obviously knew that they weren’t included when we booked. Great location and very helpful hosts made our trip as easy as could be

Amazing stay

Everything was amazing! The apartment is very close to the Old town by walking just a 7-8 minutes, the owners are very nice and friendly and welcomed us! It’s in a very quiet and nice local neighbourhood so you also get to experience a more quiet side of Split but you are just next to the centre. The apartment is very modern, the bed was so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud and AC was on when we arrived and we appreciated that! Thank you🥰

Short city break

Greated by a lovely host who gave us advice on how to get into the old town and information on local shops and restaurants. Kindly assisted with luggage. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only a short walk into split centre. We had an excellent 4 night stay.

It was a wonderful and convenient stay.

Perfect location, just walking distance to the beautiful sites in the Old Town area. The room is nice, clean & cozy. We were on the top floor. Ivo, our host was very friendly and accommodating. He gave us good suggestions to make our visit a lot easier and stress free. The free carpark is also a big plus and convenient when travelling with a car around Croatia.

Ivo was nice, he was very helpful. Parking with the appartment is lovely because the streets are very busy of traffic, it was good to have an own parking space.

Great location with scenic views and feels like you are a local!

the location was super helpful, there was a supermarket 20m down the road as was a bakery just after. The beach was about 25mins walk but it’s so worth it :) I’d recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for basic comfort as we didn’t really spend much time in the apartment.

A week in the sun

The apartment was lovely and clean with great hosts who were always happy to help. The apartment was a great location with a 6 minute walk into the old town and 20 minute walk to Bene Beach. The communication from the owners was great and very helpful all the way through our stay.

The place is in an excellent location near the old town. There is a parking space in the yard. The room is large and cozy. There was a kettle for hot water, coffe mashine, coffee, tea, cutlery. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

Exceptional

Everything was clean, confortable and brand new. It is located 10-15 mn by foot from the city center and 40mn from Bene beach which is one of the most beautiful beach of split. We really apprreciated our stay here.
