He made is feel welcome and took time to explain the room and the area. Excellent recommendations for food, drink and the market down the road.
The room, absolute heaven. Size is excellent. Bed and pillows, the most comfortable to date. Like seriously luxurious. Personal touches to the room were excellent. Proximity to the promenade excellent. Couldn't rate it higher.

The unit was newly-decorated and very bright and clean. Loved the skylight windows. It was very clean. Hosts were super-friendly and helpful. Excellent location for the town visits and quiet at night. Close to bus if needed.
The yard area that you have to pass through to get to the unit was cluttered with construction materials, washing machine, etc., so that took away from the general aesthetic. I would recommend cleaning that up. Lots of stairs to get to the attic unit but the entire town requires lots of stair and hill climbing so that's a general requirement for the trip.

Close to most things and very modern
The stairs were small and noisy to walk on more like a room in a hotel no where to prepare food no table and chairs, and nothing to warm up food with
