Excellent location for Queen Beach and restaurants!

The apartment is perfectly located for a relaxing beach holiday with really good restaurants and beaches just a short walk from your front door. The accommodation is extremely comfortable with two large bedrooms with super king beds and a full bathroom with shower plus a second toilet. The rooftop pool is small but adequate and the sunset view is lovely! Every bedroom and living area has excellent air conditioning and there is a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast or an evening drink. The host is helpful with airport transfers and taxis and responds very quickly! I will 100% return here next year and wholly recommend staying here.

There is no view from the balcony but, that said, the view from the rooftop terrace is fab! A bar would be a great addition to the rooftop terrace and pool area! The kitchen could have more utensils and cooking pots etc with olive oil, salt and pepper, and tea / coffee / sugar supplied but there is a supermarket literally 1 minute walk so not a big deal at all really!

Great stay with super hosts.

Luka and Eddy were great hosts. Apartments were spotless and very modern. Two big bedrooms and a well appointed kitchen. The roof top pools are fantastic and we very much enjoyed our time lazing on sunbeds or drinking wine of an evening before we went out. Sveti Stefan is about 30-40 pleasant walk away but there are not many restaurants / facilities there, some nice restaurants much closer in Przno bay.

The rooftop pool and the view from it is the main feature here and it is really impressive. Thank you:)

The price for breakfast is too high, so we didn't even want to order it. Also not the best view from the apartment window, but to me it didn't matter, since I just spent the nights here:)

Absolutely would recommend

The location is close to the most beautiful beaches. It is very clean. The rooftop offers an incredible view, where you can use the swimming pool, have breakfast or enjoy a good wine. Friendly staff, but most importantly the host, Luka will give you a warm welcome, he is an incredibly nice and friendly person. Whenever we are again in Montenegro, we will return to this location for sure.

Pleasant

The biggest deposit of this accomodation is the rooftop terrasse with pool, leisure area and a gorgeous view on the whole bay. The atmosphere there was great. Washing machine at the room, very good airconditioning during the hot days.

We got a 2 bedrooms appartment that was supposed to be 75m2 big, but the room we got was max 50m2 with a very small bathroom. We were looking forward to a room with some view (preferable sea view), but we got a view to a concrete wall and main coastal highway few meters away. Some of the indicated room equipment on booking was not there - microwave, fireplace, bathtub. Pržno area is extremely crowded during the summer high season up to a situation where you can be hungry on Sunday as all the shops are closed and you simply do not get a table at one of the local restaurants. The prices here are about double of what is in Budva or Petrovac for comparable restaurants. The overall impression is a bit ruined by some little details that could have been fixed: electric wires sticking out of the wall, no clothes hangers by default, missing night lamps, hot and cold water installed vice versa in the kitchen (can boil yourself easily), extremely cheap crockery. The rooftop pool dyes your swimsuit green. The breakfest is the worst value for money we have had in Montenegro. There are some specific signs of "hospitality" such as the best places on the rooftop are not for the guests but for the family of the owner who we had never seen, the cleaning lady rushes you out of the room before the agreed checkout time.

Excellent location, walking distance to many local beaches and supermarkets. Great spacious pool at the rooftop with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding islands and plenty of lounge chairs. Spacious and modern apartments with all amenities, our son especially enjoyed the pool. Our host was wonderful and made sure we have everything we need. We will be coming back to this property again.

This trip could not have gone better! We were hosted so well and greeted with a warm welcome. The room itself was clean and the location is central. The view from the pool is also spectacular!

It was a big pleasure to stay there. The room was clean and in good condition. The view of the top of the roof was amazing, especially sunset. The owner of the apartment and hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. The place is located next to a park and several beaches. Restaurants and services in this area have high standards.

My room is located on the first floor, the windows are darkened, but there are no curtains on the windows. It was a bit uncomfortable in the evenings.

Mooi ruim en schoon appartement voor ons drietjes. Overal airco en mooi zwembad met heerlijke ligstoelen met een magnifiek uitzicht over de baai. Dichtbij een supermarkt en diverse restaurants aan de zee.

Очень приятный и приветливый хозяин. В апартаментах было все необходимое, две спальни, два туалета, стиральная машина и посудомойка. Приятный дизайн. Прекрасное расположение, близко до пляжа. ( 5 минут) Есть ещё два пляжа до которых можно прогуляться пешком (10-15 мин): Кральевска и пляж Милочер, очень живописные. Рядом есть магазин Voli. Недалеко есть автобусная остановка, мы ездили вечером в Будву на автобусе, чтобы не искать паркинг. Билет 2,5 евро в одну сторону.

Всё было прекрасно.

Прекрасные апартаменты. Все необходимое есть. Удобно с детьми, своя кухня, посудомойка, стиральная машина. В общем доступе 2 бассейна. Отличное месторасположение. Пляж Пржно 190 в пешей доступности, есть ресторанчики. Недалеко супермаркет. Луке, отдельное спасибо! Мы отлично провели отпуск. Обязательно вернёмся снова и всем советуем! 10 из 10👌
