The host was very supportive. 24 hour assistance. He was very polite and professional. We had to change a tyre (it exploded) and he assisted us immediately.
Anything we needed and asked from him was completed.
The cleanness in some places inside the apartment.
But the host reacted immediately and it was cleaned.
