Great apartment, in a good location with a lovely owner who cares.

The location of this property is great, very close to the harbour and only slightly up a hill (cobbled street) which was a bonus as there are some steep hills in Cavtat. The property itself is beautiful and we were met by the owner and her sisters, who were lovely. Although a hairdryer was listed as being available, it was not but the owner ensured that one was waiting for us the next day. The property is split into 3 apartments, with the upper 2 being accessible by stairs. Great outdoor spaces and a lovely view. All in all the property was great and if I visit Cavtat again I will book again if available.

Air conditioning only in the lounge with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Not a massive issue but we had to leave the bedroom doors open to benefit from the air conditioning as the fans were noisy and didnt work so well in the heat. The apartment had everything you needed but maybe some coffee/tea/water would be useful for when people first arrive.

Although shared outdoor space with dining tables and chairs, there were no Sun loungers/ comfortable seating Bedrooms have fans but no AC and become very warm Kitchen equipment slightly lacking basics (no can opener/ fish slice/ bbq tools etc)

Exceptional

Beautiful area in the old town, the apartment is perfectly located with restaurants, shops and beaches in close vicinity. There is a possibility to cook in the kitchen or even grill outside some local meat or fish. Great place for a family or friend group. Although cars can't enter this area of the town without permission, we were allowed in to unload our cars to be able to bring our many luggages and belongings inside, which we greatly appreciated.

Every time we took a shower, the water leaked from somewhere leaving a puddle on the floor. Maybe the doors didn't close properly, not sure. But this is just a mild inconvenience.

Great welcome, great location, comfortable and had everything required with a great host.

Location was fantastic, cleanliness was beyond expectations. Host was superb, helpful and knowledgeable.

Mattress was a bit soft for my liking. Hot water tank not large enough for 2 or more people. Seating in lounge area uncomfortable.

Superb location, large comfortable apartments.

These appartments are located on the pininsula in the old town up a quiet cobbled walkway only 25 metres away from the waterfront where all the resteraunts, bars and shops are located. The hosts are very friendly and helpfull as as is everyone we met in Cavtat. A lovely place to stay.

Exceptional

A lovely apartment in a really good position for the marina, swimming and views. The owner, Mato, arranged transfers from the airport and onwards to the next stage of our holiday. All very relaxing.
