ApartUP Patacona Beach I

Все было просто супер! Нам очень понра-вилось проживание — было очень уютно, комфортно и приятно находиться. Особенно понравилось расположение: прямо рядом с морем, а неподалёку есть автобусная остановка. Даже если вы без машины, автобус довезёт прямо до центра Валенсии. Рядом также много хороших ресторанов и кафе. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяина Марио — он просто супер, очень приятный и гостеприимный человек, сразу располагает к себе!

Минусов не нашли, всё было отлично!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our host, Mario, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The apartment is located just a few steps from a beautiful beach, as well as shops and restaurants. It takes about 25 minutes to get there from the airport. We especially appreciated that there was even a shopping trolley available for guests. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the terrace was spacious and very useful. We had everything we needed and couldn’t have asked for more. We highly recommend staying in this lovely place!

l'appartement est grand, avec une terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et on entraperçoit la mer. Parking sous la résidence très pratique.

Nous aurions aimé savoir à l'avance que l'agence qui loue le logement n'est pas sur place. Nous avons dû nous faire comprendre par le réceptionniste de l'adresse indiquée avant d'appeler l'agence et nous avons dû attendre 20 MN que la personne arrive. C'est long après une journée de voyage...Les personnes de l'agence sont très aidantes mais nous aurions aimé pouvoir anticiper et les appeler avant notre arrivée sur place. la literie est de bonne qualité mais il y a une alèse en plastique, un simple drap au lieu d'un drap housse ce qui rend l'ensemble très inconfortable et pas du tout adapté au standing de la location ! Il y a une piscine mais pas en service au mois de Mai...

Great location, lovely apartment.

Although the apartment is in a great location, there are a few small details that could be improved. We had access to very few TV channels, which meant we couldn’t watch the Football World Cup. A basic TV subscription would be a small addition but would make the stay much more comfortable, so it’s a shame this hasn’t been considered. Also, for an apartment stay, providing a reasonable amount of washing-up liquid and enough dishwasher tablets for a three-night stay would hardly be a significant expense. Overall, it’s a great place, but with a few small and thoughtful touches, it could easily be excellent.
