La ubicación (a un paso de la playa y a pocos minutos,en coche, del centro de Valencia). Las instalaciones de la urbanización:piscina, pistas de pádel y zona de ejercicios. Apartamento muy limpio y bien equipado

Spacious comfortable apartment. Beds good. Super safe. Right beside bus stop and beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Walk to port Saplaya a must. Beach was beautiful.hoat was helpful when we messaged.

This is in the area Patacona. We used Suma Fitness as our landmark. Its 35mins by bus to the city centre

Alojamiento muy completo y súper cerca de la playa. El piso tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia y la limpieza es muy buena. Pedimos parque cuna y como a la empresa de mantenimiento se le olvidó ponerla nos enviaron una completamente nueva. La atención en todo momento ha sido magnífica.

It was clean and was very close to the beach. The owner was reachable and very polite.

There were a few issues: - The warm water only reached for one person if washing the hair, then you had to wait half an hour for the next one to shower. This information should be mentioned somewhere (at least should be mentioned in the flat). - The equipment of the kitchen was very poor and for the coffee machine, not even one coffee capsule available for the first day. - We only got 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 days of stay (4 people). I asked for more, but apparently this was their standard. I left a few more for the next guests. - We had a welcome bottle of wine in the reservation, but was nothing in the flat. I told the owner, but didn't reacted. - The overall state of the flat is a bit too old and some items need an upgrade (i.e. drying rack only had half the ropes, water was coming out of the bathroom faucet). - Our check-out time when we book it was 11am, but we were asked to leave the flat before 10:30 am (see attached screenshots).
