PATACONA BEACH VISTAS AL MAR

Lovely and comfortable seaside apartment with a terrace and sea view. The location is wonderful, by the beach, in a residential area with access to public transport, beachside restaurants and supermarkets. The kitchen is well equipped, there are pull-down beds for additional sleeping in the living room, aircon works well, the terrace is shaded in the afternoon and very pleasant in the evening, and there is direct access to the beach. Our host, Jose, was wonderful and very supportive. Highly recommend this apartment, we had a wonderful stay.

Das Apartment liegt unmittelbar am Patacona Beach. Ein Zugang zu der Strandpromenade ist über einen privaten Zugang möglich. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Wohn- Essbereich, ein separates Schlafzimmer und ein separates Bad. Der Meerblick ist über die Terrassse gegeben. Das Apartment war super sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war ebenfalls komplett eingerichtet, mit wirklich Allem was benötigt wird. Zusätzlich war eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Obwohl das Apartment direkt am Strand liegt waren die Nächte äusserst ruhig und erholsam. Elektrische Jalousien sind vorhanden. Strassenlärm oder Lärm durch Nachbarn Fehlanzeige. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Der Strand vor der Tür, mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe. Vom Flughafen ca 35 Minuten mit dem Uber. Treffpunkt mit den Fahrern am Flughafen gegenüberliegendes Parkhaus im 2. Stock Ca 30€. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Ein Consum ca 600 m entfernt. Ebenfalls Fussläufig die Buslinie 31, welche direkt in die Altstadt fährt.

Die unmittlebare Lage an der Promenade

The beach is just right next to the building. You can go for a morning joging just leaving the building. The bus stops are 2-3 corners away so very close if you don't want to rent a car. The grocery is also 2 corners away where you can get nice food. There are restaurants nearby. We stayed more than a week, and had so much fun even the weather was not really warm. Marta who let us in and helped us, is a true angel.

two (foldaway) high chairs would be needed inside. If you plan to come during the summer, sitting outside where there's a big table with chairs can be a good option but in the winter it was a bit difficult to have dinner together with 2 kids. We did not want to bring the furniture from outside, inside.

Kein Tisch zum Essen, die hocker an der Küchenbar fehlten obwohl auf der Beschreibung abgebildet. Die Terrasse war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand .
