Lovely and luxurious apparment on perfect spot

The location is perfect: next to shops and restaurants. The appartment is spacious and even luxurious. It was a hot day so the airconditioning was very welcome.

You can not parc your car close to the appartment. And we had the appartment on the top level so we had to climb a lot of stairs. If you have any physical difficulties, this would be a problem

Pleasant surprise!

It was a perfect place to stay last minute due to adverse weather. The only remark we have is that the road can be heard quite well during the night.

The road nearby, but it was no problem with the window closed. There is also airco so even in summer this should not be a problem.

friendly, super clean and perfect location!

Hostess: Patricia is very, very friendly and gives all the information you need. Free coffee and a warm welcome. You can reach her Phone at all times. Building, hygiëne and bed: It’s a lovely old building and on the inside it’s light and very (!) modern. From the windows, you can see very far. It’s SUPER clean!!!!!!! It’s luxurious and the bed is o so comfortable and perfect for a bad back like mine. It’s on a busy street, but when The windows are closed, you hardly hear anything. There’s airconditioning. There’s nature all around and the perfect location to explore the Belgian Ardennes! Surroundings: The best cave is right in town and to leave town it takes 2 minutes by car. Supermarket at driving distance and restaurants on foot. River at 300 meters. The countryside around Aywaille is beautiful! So are the forrests: wow! Only minor: There’s steep stairs, so not for people with bad legs. Thank you so much Patricia! We’ll definatly be back🌻

Wonderful stay 10/10

Everything: the apartment itself, the facilities (more than fully equipped) , the little touches Patricia put in place (sweet, chocolates, coffee, tea, jam, the folder with all useful information including takeaway/delivery options), the communication with Patricia, the hospitality, the location.. You cannot ask for a more thoughtful host and a better place to stay!

For us it was no problem, but the narrow staircase leading to the second-floor apartment may be challenging if you have a lot of luggage or less physically able.

Het was erg fijn maar omhoog met de trap naar de bovenste verdieping viel ons tegen.

het was een ruim appartement. Het was erg netjes, het beddegoed en handdoeken roken lekker fris en het was gezellig ingericht. Het bed was goed. Het was er lekker snel warm. De eigenaresse was uiterst vriendelijk en heeft zelf nog meegeholpen om wat spullen naar boven te dragen.

met de trappen omhoog viel ons erg tegen. Deze was erg smal en we hadden sneeuw dus uitkijken geblazen. De deur van de koelkast opendoen was onhandig, dus onze tip is. Verander dit zodat deze zo open gaat dat je er meteen in kunt kijken. De kraan bij de wasbak zat los.

Het appartement was superschoon. Alles was aanwezig: handdoeken, toiletpapier, lotions, kaarsen, enzovoort. Ik was zeer verrast. Als ik de kans krijg, kom ik zeker terug naar dit appartement. Ik kan het van harte aanbevelen.

Heerlijk appartement in een leuk dorpje met goede restaurants en een fijne supermarkt

Heerlijk luxe appartement met alles wat je kunt bedenken van goede kwaliteit. Incheck is probleemloos dmv een sleutelkluisje. De beheerster stuurt nog even een berichtje of het allemaal is gelukt. Ik kom zeker nóg een keer terug (dit was de 3e keer).

Veel kussens, teelichtjes. Badkamer/regendouche en bad heel proper en ruim. Kabbelend beekje op achtergrond.

Ruim appartement midden in het stadje

Ruim appartement, mooie complete keuken met Nespresso. Ruime slaap- badkamer. Regendouche en bad. Goed bed. Airco in de woonkamer. Veel licht in de woonkamer door twee dakvensters. Tv in woonkamer en bij het bed. Ligging midden in centrum van Aywaille.

Alleen ruimte om kleding op te hangen. Kastruimte vooral gevuld met b.v. kussens en andere spullen. Geen plek/kastje oid om je koffer open neer te leggen. Appartement goed toegankelijk via een stalen trap aan de achterzijde. Prima te doen, maar wel 3 verdiepingen traptreden.

Prachtig verblijf in een prachtige omgeving.

Er was super veel aanwezig. Koffiecups, suiker, melk, zelfs paneermeel. Het was een ruime woonruimte en een geweldige slaapkamer. Een super ruime douche én een bad. Een echte luxe voor een kort weekendje. Je zit vlakbij een parkje wat leuk is om 's avonds door te wandelen. Ook dichtbij een mooi bos, leuk om een wandeling te maken met prachtige uitzichten onderweg naar boven.

Het was jammer dat er geen tuintje was waar we 's avonds met ons hondje konden zitten. En weinig opbergruimte voor gerief dat we zelf bij hadden. De ijskast draaide naar de verkeerde kant, maar dit is maar een detail.

Ce qui n'est pas de la faute de l'établissement, il y a des travaux sur Aywaille pour l'instant, ce qui rend l'accès au logement un peu plus compliqué.

Prettig verblijf, van alle gemakken voorzien

Het is een heel fijn appartement, wat sfeervol is ingericht. We kwamen niets tekort en waren van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is netjes en schoon. Heel fijn dat met warm weer er een goed functionerende airco is!

Na gebruik van douche en toilet ontstond er een riool lucht in het appartement. In de ochtend was dit erg aanwezig en onaangenaam. Jammer was dat de kast aan het voeteneind van het bed niet verplaatst kon worden (wij zijn lang). Er waren tijdens ons verblijf wegwerkzaamheden voor de deur, hier stond er file en was er extra geluid.

Un beau nid, à l'abri de l'agitation, au coeur d'une superbe région !

Très bel aménagement, au centre d'Aywaille (malheureusement en grands travaux depuis trop longtemps, mais notre hôtesse n'y peut rien), tout à fait confortable et idéal ! Grande gentillesse de Patricia, disponible et efficace ! Bref, un bel endroit, (presque) à la campagne, pour s'évader un moment et vivre à un autre rythme !

Juste un petit problème de WiFi, technique pas toujours facile - mais ce n'est rien face à la grande cordialité de l'accueil !

Très bel appartement bien situé

Le logement est très bien équipé pour 4 personnes, nous ne sommes venus qu’à 2 personnes et le linge de toilette était prévu pour 4 👌🏻 Il est situé près qu’un feu/carrefour, c’est un peu bruyant mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir. Je recommande à 100% 👍🏼

No nonsens in check, de host is heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam en flexibel. Praktisch appartement voorzien van alle behoeften.

Niks Steile trap voor wie minder goed te been is. Momenteel wel werken in de straat.
