Good for Adults, Less So for Families with Babies
The loft is spacious, bright, and very comfortable. We stayed as a family of five . The kitchen is well-equipped for basic cooking, and clean towels were provided. The rain shower was comfortable and worked well. There’s a small terrace that fits two people—nice for a quiet drink or some fresh air. The beds were comfortable. A good option if you’re looking for something simple and functional to rest.
The stairs to reach the loft (3rd floor) are quite dangerous. They’re spiral stairs and don’t have any handrails, which made going up and down with my baby stressful. Since there’s no elevator, you also have to leave the stroller downstairs. There's no cot provided either. One of the walls in the bathroom near the sink has visible mold, which didn’t feel hygienic. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place for families with babies or toddlers. There are interior stairs or platform, plus a lot of decorative objects within reach.

Logement confortable et au calme pour un week-end chargé de retrouvailles avec nos amis de la région
Logement super calme, super spacieux, très lumineux au 3ème étage. Lit très confortable. Tom très sympathique et très réactif à l'envoi des messages. Très proche du centre de Chaudfontaine (resto, Delhaize) mais également de Trooz où se trouve super bonne pizzeria sur la Grand Route : la Parmigiana, un intermarché, ....
On ne peut pas dire qu'on a pas apprécié, on a juste moins aimé et pour 2 nuits cela n'était pas trop dérangeant... c'est l'escalier en colimaçon avec le logement qui se trouve au 3ème étage et on le savait avant de venir donc on ne peut pas en tenir compte ;-) puisqu'on a quand même choisi ce logement :D

très beau logement et très bien équipé
le propriétaire était très disponible pour répondre à mes questions par message. Il a été très gentil et nous a même laissé des petits chocolats en cadeau d'accueil. Nous avons aussi aimé le fait d'avoir accès au logement grace à un code afin de pouvoir arriver et partir à l'heure qui nous convenait le mieux. Merci pour tout
C'est dommage que nous n'avions pas accès aux chaines sur la TV et les 3 étages avec les escaliers en colimaçon étaient un peu difficiles pour mes parents et mon fils de 4 ans.

Einfache aber gute Ausstattung. Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sogar Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, ect.

Rustig en gezellig genieten
Genoten van het lekker bed. Geen geluidsoverlast van buiten en de andere buren. Het was lekker rustig. Entertainment genoeg, twee TVś met streamingdiensten, bordspelletjes. Grote eettafel voor 6 personen. Goede prijs voor deze loft. Sleutels gemakkelijk via een kluisje in brievenbus. We geven een score 7 vanwege de locatie en we meten dit ook met de andere AirBnB, hotels, etc.. waar we zijn geweest.
Stalentrap naar de bovenste verdieping, was wel zwaar met de koffers. Geen waterkoker, maar hebben het koffieapparaat gebruikt als waterkoker,
