A charming and cosy house with all the modern day facilities you need

The property is amazing for a family, a group of friends or someone travelling with a pet. It's very spacious, has all the facilities you need, a massive fenced yard which our dog enjoyed playing in. The house used to be a cow barn and was completely refurbished, but you can still appreciate the stony walls, it gives it a very rustic feel. Highly recommended!

Great 5-day stay with the family.

Cosy modernized barnhouse. Lots of space. Nice terrace and garden. Good heating in kitchen (radiator) and dining room & bar (floor heating) + woodfire (cassette) for both. Forest walks start at the end of the street (1km) so no need for car. Very nice and helpful host. Great for dogs (large fenced garden and easy walks outside). Three parking spaces in fornt of the house.

Floor heating in the lounge is a bit weak for very cold days.

We had a very pleasant stay here. We were greeted by a nice, flexible host and the accomodation itself is GREAT. Very spacy, a nice yard, easy to get too and super cozy.

Beautiful setting, big closed off garden, the dog loved it. Decent barbecue and a cosy outside dinnerplace

The rooms aren't very well sound isolated. The room above the kitchen has no sound insulation whatsoever, so while in the room, if there are people in the kitchen, it's as if they were in the room.

Exceptional

Very comfortable. The house was very roomy. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and the family dog. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The wifi worked perfectly. There is a very large yard which is fenced off. This was great when traveling with our dog. A great place to relax and enjoy the Ardennes. Very close to the exit from the highway which made it easy to make day trips.

The house was a bit creaky but that is to be expected in an old house with wooden floors.

Aangename en gezellige woning met voldoende ruimte, goed verwarmd en uitstekend voor 5 personen. Voldoende materiaal in de keuken. We kregen een gratis bak hout om de open haard mee aan te steken wat voor een heel gezellige sfeer zorgde.

Een super gezellige plek in de Ardennen. Het haardvuur is fantastisch. Het huis is heel ruim en super mooi en rustiek.

Er is een putjesgeur die niet weg te krijgen is. Je moet vrij veel betalen voor het hout voor de kachel.

heel leuk ardens verblijf

de ruimte, leuke gezellige inrichting, veel ruimte, echt ardens gevoel, leuke bar, afgesloten tuin voor de hond, veel zitruimte in de salon,.... 2 wandelingen starten al op einde van de straatje. Bakker op 5 à 8 minuten lopen.

bijna geen wc papier bij aankomst, Niet echt proper bestek, glazen en borden. Kan beter. Lag waarschijnlijk aan vorige huurders.

super gastvrouw : vriendelijk, zeer servicegericht . We waren iets vergeten en dat heeft ze nadien voor ons gezocht en opgestuurd, waarvoor dank !

Gerne kommen wir noch mal wieder.

Geräumiger Ausstattung / wir hatten die Bettwäsche nicht dabei, die Vermieterin half bereitwillig aus gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis.

Nur eine kleine Einschränkung: Die Nähe zur Autobahn – gelegentlicher Lärm.

Sans les petits désagréments cités au dessus notre séjour c’est très bien passée

L’espace de la maison

Très mauvaise odeur dans toute la maison quand nous avons utilisé le lave vaisselle et parfois la baignoire (odeur d’égout ). Quand on utilise la douche en suivant les conseils de l’hôte de bien fermer la porte , il y a de l’eau qui coule à l’étage du dessous( problème d’évacuation)

Huisje ademde een karakteristieke sfeer. Fijne omheinde tuin voor onze hond. Prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en uitjes.

De hygiëne kan wel wat aandacht gebruiken. Sanitair goed schoon. De rest van het huis bevatte veel ornamenten en houten balken en was minder bijgehouden.

Zeer aangenaam.

Zeer ruime en gezellige woning. De nodige faciliteiten zijn aanwezig (houtkachel, tv met DVD, tv-zenders. Er zijn 3 WC's in totaal wat heel handig is. Zeer vriendelijke dame die ons in het huisje heeft rondgeleid.

De zithoek hebben we bijna niet gebruikt --> je hebt er geen zicht op de gezellige houtkachel. Voor de rest niets negatiefs te melden.
