Чисто, привітний адмін.
Дуже грязна загальна кухня, кожен повинен за собою мити, але і власник має за всім доглядати, наприклад мити мікрохвильовку ( по вигляду не милась з того часу як купили ).

Ціна номера, досить чисто, ванна кімната в номері. Наявність кухні в цілому (загального користування)
Кухня замала, посуд зношений, можливо для 6-ти осіб номер замалий, а на кухні немає місця де розміститись щоб пообідати, години виїзду трішки дивні з 10-30 до 11-00, місце розташування +- якщо до ЖД далеко, потрібне таксі.
