Привітний персонал. Вдалось заселитись раніше. Чиста білизна, чисто в номері, 5 хвилин від ЗД вокзалу, хороша ціна, є місце для авто, місце для шашлику, видали капці та набір для душу. Є балкончик в номері
Відсутні москітки, погано зачинялись двері в номер

Велика простора кімната Зручний та великий диван та ліжко Гарне місцерозташування - близько до центру, вокзалу, магазинів та закладів Балкон (але з видом на недобудову) Фен, сушка для одягу, журнальний столик у номері Є можливість обрати номер з кількох номерів однакової категорії, у випадку якщо є кілька номерів вільних Є можливість залишити речі після виселення Можливе пізнє заселення (близько 21 години)
У ванній кімнаті сморід з каналізації Відсутність постійної теплої води Хитається унітаз Погано працює замок та двері Розетки вилазять зі стіни Непрацюючий електрочайник Телевізор наявний у номері, але на ньому не можливо щось подивитися
