Персонал, комунікація із гостями. Зручна локація - у самому центрі, близько біля вокзалу. Є можливість користуватись кухнею (проте, я не користувався). Хороший тиск гарячої води, стабільна подача.
Трохи шумно, якщо вікна виходять на дорогу. Також відсутня звукоізоляція. Скрипуча деревʼяна підлога. Загалом типова ситуація для карпатських садиб.

Обирала між різними варіантами і ні разу не пошкодувала, що зупинилась саме в цьому міні-готелі! З персоналу були Настя та Марина чудові позитивні дівчата, окреме їм дякую за атмосферу!. Номер чистенький з видом на гори, зручне ліжко, смачний ситний сніданок (за окрему плату). Було дуже тихо, спокійно. Сподобалось, що в номері був холодильник, вмістка шафа для речей, чайник, питна вода, травʼяний чай в окремій баночці, також в готелі є велика кухня, де можна приготувати їжу, є все необхідне, всі зручності. Шампунь,гель для душу, освіжувач повітря (дуже приємний аромат), одноразові тапочки та фен теж були. Також є невеличке закрите доглянуте подвірʼя-садочок де можна гарно провести час, там теж є все необхідне для цього. Я залишилась задоволеною проживанням у цьому місці на всі 100% моя оцінка 10/10.

Дуже зручно тому що поряд від залізничного вокзалу, але зовсім не шумно і тихо, тому можна гарно виспатися
