El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta y la ubicación es excelente, situada en una avenida principal rodeada de servicios. Está a solo dos minutos de la playa de Ondarreta y ofrece unas vistas espectaculares, además de contar con multitud de autobuses que conectan fácilmente con distintas zonas de San Sebastián. ​La anfitriona es muy amable y eficiente: cuando se estropeó la cafetera, lo resolvió al instante. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

El sofá al ser sofá -cama es un poco incómodo. El aire acondicionado es portátil aunque tampoco se necesita tanto en San Sebastián.

Utsikten och läget var utmärkt. Stor lägenhet med allt man behöver. Ren och fräsch. Smidig check-in.

AC:n var väldigt högljudd.

Notes: The facility is literally on the big street. We use the hotel name instead of the address to search it and it led us to the garage. It’s very easy to access if you follow the address. You won’t have any issues as long as you read the instructions carefully. Things to like: 1. The view is INCREDIBLE!! You can see both the mountain and the sea the same time easily. I particularly love how they placed the mirror at the dinning table which also reflects the view, just breathtaking! 2. The location is also fantastic! It’s literally 3-5 mins walk to the breach. It’s true that it’s Ondarreta beach instead of Concha beach, but Concha beach is literally 5-10 mins away and I prefer Ondarreta because it’s also less popular with less crowds. 3. The amount of space you get is also great. A full kitchen with spacious living room and on top of that, you can close the bedroom area and make it into two separate spaces! This is a place that the owner tailored thoughtfully instead of just trying to convert it for Airbnb and I love it very much! The sofa bed is also very sturdy and comfy, easy to set up and put back. 4. The resources in the facility: books, cutleries, pots, table mats, coffee machine, glasses and mugs, all very useful for us. They also listed some restaurant recommendations in the room instructions. Overall the flat quality is AMAZING! I also love that I saw someone mentioned there’s no hand soap in the facility in the past and they added it this time. Connection wise bus stop to the old town area is literally in front of the building with several options! We basically walked to the old town area every day by the beach for around 20-25 mins but with a bus would be only 10 mins with around 10-15mins waiting.

I think the only thing I didn’t like was the portable air conditioner. If you are someone who really needs air conditioners and can’t stand noise, you better reconsider before booking. But overall, the weather in San Sebastián is great! We didn’t use it during bed time but if the weather is hot and you have trouble sleeping, worth to take a note. Another part is the distance. If you are someone who likes to book hotel close to the center, coming back to hotel for changing clothes, rest, you might also want to reconsider. The hotel area has many nice restaurants and bars, but most of the attractions are on the other side. However, if you are just visiting San Sebastián for the beach like we do, totally fine.

Lovely apartment in a good location, just a 200m walk to the beach with a great view (even better than the photos).
