Cozy exterior apartment of 56m2 with capacity for 3 people in emblematic building , fully equipped next to the beach of La Concha in the second line of it, and in the center.
In front of the Villa Favorita hotel, with the Amelia restaurant, with 1 Michelin star.

We are a management company for the rental of tourist apartments in San Sebastián of recognized prestige and with years of experience, managing numerous apartments.
In our company, two of the things that we value the most and give great importance are:

For this, we have a professional cleaning company. This uses top quality products. All our bedding and towels are washed in industrial laundries at more than 60º temperature to guarantee 100% hygiene.
- Very personalized attention to all our guests.

- Outside living room with two windows and a fully equipped kitchen
- Exterior main room with two single beds, fitted wardrobes with bay window and partial sea views.
- Exterior room with a single bed, fitted wardrobes and window to the street.
- Complete bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located in the center, a step away from La Concha beach, next to the Paseo de La Concha. Surrounded by countless shops of all kinds, bars, next to the San Martin market and the entire commercial area.
Very well located in the center of the city, with partial views of La Concha bay, very close to the Buen Pastor cathedral, the gardens of Alderdi Eder and the promenade and the beach of La Concha.
Two steps away from the Old Town, where culture is mixed, Basilica of Santa Maria, San Vicente church, San Telmo museum, and gastronomy with plenty of bars where you can taste its famous pintxos.
10 minutes walk from the Kursaal Congress Palace, (work of the famous architect Rafael Moneo), in which throughout the year there is a great cultural offer, International Film Festival, Musical Fortnight, concerts, etc. as well as infinity of congresses.
In its vicinity there are all kinds of transport, both urban and intercity, taxi stops, and is located about 15 minutes walk from the train station and the bus station.
It is not necessary to use a car. San Sebastian is a very pleasant city, both for walking and cycling through its large network of bike lanes.

The apartment was perfect for our stay, location close to everything, very clean and modern, with fast wifi and comfortable beds that were well above normal standards in Spain. The manager/owner Juan's communication was timely and helpful (and in perfect English). We hope to stay again!

We loved this apartment! It was very clean and is a great size for 2-3 people. Best of all it's super close to La Concha Beach and walkable to other parts of town. The property manager made our check process very easy and he answered all of our questions and helped with our bags. We would absolutely recommend this apartment and hope to stay there again!
