Unique apartment facing the sea with a stunning terrace, right in the heart of the city and in front of La Concha beach. Located on the eighth floor of an elegant building with a lift, the apartment is a perfect combination. Guests can enjoy unparalleled 180-degree views of San Sebastian and the famous La Concha bay.
The apartment has a living room with dining area and an open-concept kitchen. Both the dining room and kitchen overlook the large terrace. From the terrace, guests can enjoy an incomparable panoramic view of San Sebastian and La Concha beach. The bedroom is very spacious: It has a double bed and a large wardrobe. A quiet sofa bed that serves as a second sleeping area is available for guests. Due to its own wardrobe and independent access to the hallway, the second sleeping area is beautiful. There is a fully equipped bathroom with shower in the apartment.

Management company notified me less than one week before trip that scaffolding was put up blocking view. They offered free cancellation but no partial refund or discount to compensate. Needless to say I could not have been more disappointed as I justified cost because of view. When talking to neighbors, scaffolding had been put up weeks before. We stayed in this flat as no other lodging with view was available on such short notice. It’s a lovely apartment but I was just stunned how rental company mismanaged the situation. I will return to San Sebastián but I will not stay at any of their properties in the future.
