Fantastische locatie, ruim appartement, leuke buurt en schone accommodatie. Slaapkamers en badkamers schoon en ruim.
De woonkamer en de inventaris van de keuken is wat verouderd. Tafel buiten roestig geeft af op kleding, oven niet schoon, inventaris keuken is gedateerd. Een upgrade met wat kommen, bestek, glazen zou fijn zijn.

Planta baja, limpio, amplio, cocina equipada. Camas bien. Baños limpios.
La temperatura del piso, tuvimos frio. La caldera no sabíamos como funcionaba y tampoco quisimos tocarla mucho.

Muy bien ubicado, con fácil acceso y aparcamiento cercano.
Para ser un apartamento de alquiler había demasiadas cosas personales distribuidos por los espacios, en la cocina hacía falta un cambio de utensilios y limpieza.
