PM70 Apartment

Mikel is very informative, the house is spacious and is near San Sebastian city, so it’s an easy acces by public transport and the parking is free around the house!

There’s no living room BUT there are 3 bedrooms and one has sofa and sofabed, so cannot really complain!

Mikel was extremely responsive and helpful before, during, and even after our stay. The apartment is a good size and comes fully equipped. The location is great if you're looking for a place just a bit outside of the city centre. You can easily catch a bus or train, and Ubers are very affordable.

​The neighborhood is indeed residential with plenty of street parking; however, if you arrive on a Sunday night, expect most of the spots to be taken. This is obviously not a fault of the apartment, but it is a good idea to plan your parking in advance or ask the host for alternatives!

The property was clean and the host was responsive and friendly. Bathroom is renovated.

The beds were terrible!! Very uncomfortable, completely sagging in the middle. Bed linens were extremely old - thin and pilled. The floor is in need of repair. The biggest problem is that this place is moldy. Obvious signs (smell and sight) in the cupboards, walls, curtains. They’ve attempted to clean it but missed some spots and even if you clean visible mold it remains hidden and is extremely toxic. In general this place has had some renovations but needs major remediation and repair. The neighbour complained we were opening and closing the door too many times when we were bringing our luggage in and walking our dog upon arrival.
