If it could have an airconditioner, but they provided an electric fan. So that was ok. Weather was not that warm

Location is great. Centre of town, near all the bars an restaurants. Close to bus stop and parking garage.
Arrival was chaotic. Arrived at the agreed time. Was told to ring the bell or phone. Rang the bell multiple times, no answer. Called on the phone: no answer. Then they sent a message: "Hello?". Well, what do you think? We're here. Asked them if the bell wasn't working. They responded with sending a picture of the bell. I know what a bell looks like, it just does not work.
Room is noisy.
