Cómodo apartamento en la Parte Vieja, Old Town

Excellent Location Great facilities

No Air Conditioning - very hot

Spacious apartment in an extremely central location around pinxos bars and historical old town. Very comfortable bed, lots of storage to unpack whilst travelling (big bonus when you are on a long trip!) great to have a washing machine in the kitchen and coffee machine etc. lovely character with beams and shuttered windows - just lovely.

We hadn’t realised how noisy it would be - its party time and would be fantastic if you want to go and be out til the wee small hours ! Having said that it really gave us a taste of San Sebastián life and it’s all part of the experience 😀

The heating wasn’t working, the boiler had a leak Someone did come to re pressurize the system so we had heating. However we had to keep a bowl under the boiler to catch the water. We were sent a video to re pressurise the boiler ourselves The induction hob only one ring out of three worked, I reported it and was told someone would come the next day but they never came There was a shortage on glassware only three odd glasses, mugs were all mismatched souvenir type. General lack of basic kitchen things. The lampshade was broken off the lamp and just left on the floor. The tv had a permanent line running too to bottom of the screen, obviously on it’s way out There felt a general lack of care about the place. There was no early check in and no luggage storage facility. In fact we were telephoned to say that our check in was put back due to a problem with the bathroom I did ask if we could at least drop our luggage off which they reluctantly agreed to but only 30 mins before we were due in. Check in is at 4 pm which is quite late. I will not be recommending this accommodation

Bed comfortable and right in old town

Rained and was cold the whole time and the heating didn’t work so we were really cold, it was also really noisy in the night til 4am
